About the event
This is the second set of programs we have at the science center, this date has the 4th-5th (kids a little older than 5th are welcome), as well as the K-3rd program (primarily for younger siblings of the kids taking the 4th-5th class, but also open to others).
11AM: Microscopic Mystery (4th-5th+ grade)
Introduces students to the use of a microscope through an interactive mystery.
11:45 AM: Solids, Liquids, & Gasses (K-3rd grade)
This program is an intro to the states of matter. Students will make a lava lamp as a hands-on way to learn about density, solubility, chemical reactions, and the states of matter.
We can tour the museum at our own pace after your program. Each program is 45 mins,
