Happy Cow Creamery Fall Field Trip (REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION PERIOD CLOSED)

Join us for a Saturday fall trip to Happy Cow Creamery! There will be a trolley ride through the dairy farm, milking demonstrations, seed planting, other farm activities, milk samplings, and a scoop of their fresh ice cream.

The tour itself is about 1+ hours (depending on the size of our group). Close-toed shoes are recommended.

After the field trip, they have a store to browse a wide selection of farm products (farm-fresh milk, cheese, butter, ice cream and other items). Bring a cooler to store your purchased goods if desired!

Bring water, snacks, and a picnic lunch! There is a picnic shelter that can be used to eat, relax, and enjoy each other's company after the tour.

COST: $8.00 Adults & Children (ages 3 & over)

Ages 2 and under are free, but still require registration

Advance payment required.

Price includes a single serve ice cream in either chocolate or vanilla, and milk samplings. Extra ice cream cups are available for purchase for $1 each inside the Happy Cow Creamery store.

TIME: Starts at 10AM (be there by 9:45, to not miss your trolley group).

HOW to Sign up: This trip requires advance payment, because we have to pay a group minimum deposit. To sign-up, paypal your total to cynthia_castaldo@yahoo.com or Venmo to @Cynthia-Castaldo-Walsh. Then, complete registration for all those attending on the www.homeschoolupstate.com website.

Please remember to send payments via the friends & family method. We aren't a business. We are families coordinating fun and educational events for our kids. We can't pay extra fees out of pocket.

Registrations received without payment, will have to be cancelled.

CANCELATION POLICY 

Registration is non-refundable unless we meet the minimum number of attendees to participate and/or there is someone on the waitlist who can take your spot(s). We can only refund if we don't drop below the minimum number for a large group tour.

WEATHER POLICY

In the case of severe weather, they will try to book us for another day. If that day doesn't work for you, we can still only give refunds as long as we aren't below the minimum.
