Cowpens National Battlefield October Field Trip

We  will meet at the Visitors Center at 10:30am, and give people a little time to show up and gather before we start the walk at 10:45am.   

A park ranger will take us on a  tour through 1.2 mile loop of Cowpens National  Battlefield.  

The walk will end around 12pm, and we will go to the cover picnic area  for lunch and an activity.   

After that you are welcome to go inside the visitors center and watch a  couple short videos about Cowpens. We will have the covered picnic area all day so we can go back and forth from that area.   

• Great for any age. 
• Half of the loop is paved and the other is pea gravel so some  strollers may not work well on the gravel. I would suggest a carrier for  any small children. 

Max capacity for the picnic area is 75 people so that will be our cut  off number for this event. You will only need to pay the $4 for one adult, and then register your  children, and any other adults for free so we can keep track of the  number of people coming.
